Lawton Partners is located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg at the North East corner of Broadway and Donald St.
Parking Instructions
Parking is available in the Impark parking lot directly behind the Lawton Partners building. The entrance to the parking lot is off Donald Street. (Turn left after the Pizza Hut.)
Even though the parking lot stub has marked on it to leave it on the dash of your car, Lawton Partners’ clients may take this stub with them to the reception desk on the 10th floor and have their parking validated there. Your car will not be towed unless it is left in the lot overnight.
If the parking lot has a sign up indicating it is full, speak to the attendant and tell them that you are a Lawton Partners client; the attendant will attempt to find room for you to park.
If you plan to park at a meter, please note that parking is not permitted on most streets in the downtown area between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., and your vehicle most definitely will be towed.
